Follow one task from the request to a saved workflow.

Sherpa

Turn the work your team repeats into workflows anyone can run.

Sherpa is the agent inside Altitude. Show it a task your team does every week or every quarter and it does the task end to end, then keeps how it did it as a workflow you can automate and share.

  • Runs the same way every timeA workflow keeps the steps, the sources and the checks, so the tenth run matches the first and every change is on record.
  • Runs without being askedRun it on a schedule, or when something happens: an email arrives, a message is posted, a meeting ends, a webhook fires.
  • Runs for the whole teamShare a workflow and anyone on the team can run it, so one person's best way of doing the work becomes everyone's.

  • Assignment: Neither party may assign the agreement, including through a merger or change of control, without the other’s prior written consent.
  • Termination: If an assignment happens without consent, Northwind may terminate on 30 days’ notice and receives a pro-rata refund of prepaid fees.

Northwind renewal

Recommendation to leadership · 22 Sep 2026
Summary

Northwind has asked to renew for one year two years across finance, legal and operations, and to add the team joining from its acquisition in November.

Pricing

We recommend the enterprise plan at 380 420 seats, held at the current per-seat rate for the full term, with the acquired team’s seats added from January.

Terms

Keep the standard 30-day renewal notice and the existing liability cap and raise the liability cap to twelve months of fees, in line with the contracting playbook.

Next steps

Send the revised order form to Northwind’s procurement lead by 30 September, and brief the account team on the new seat count.

Word

Revises memos and reports in place, with every change tracked for you to accept.

Workflows

Run whole processes, not just the file at the end.

A workflow is a task your team repeats, set down once: the systems it touches, the steps, the checks and who signs off. Sherpa carries it from the first step to done, whether that means an expense report submitted, a dashboard updated or a deal room kept current.

Every surface

Ask from wherever you already work.

Start a task on the web, from your phone, in an email thread or in chat. The finished file comes back to the same place.

Every team

Give every team a system that completes its work.

Each team turns the work it repeats into workflows, built on its own systems, files and templates. Every run is reproducible, workflows scale across the team, and nobody rebuilds the same work twice.

Finance

Close, reconcile and report on a schedule, with every run done the same way.
